Condition of stay

Arrival and departure days:

From September to June possibility of arriving on Wednesday and Saturday

July, August arrived only on Saturday

​departures will take place on Saturdays only

 Arrivals are from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., accommodation must be vacated at 10 a.m

​

No arrival will be possible after 6:00 p.m. If you arrive before 15:00, a luggage deposit is possible while waiting for your accommodation to become available.

​

Tourist tax in addition: 2.30 € / pers. / Day (per person over 18 years old). Water and electricity included.


30% deposit upon booking.

Any option is maintained for 4 days. We reserve the right to dispose of rentals if this reservation is not returned to us within 4 days, accompanied by the check or transfer corresponding to the amount of the deposit. The balance of the stay must be paid 15 days before the date of arrival by check either in cash on the day of your arrival.

The cleaning will be done on your arrival, and will be your responsibility when you leave:
- Either the cleaning done by you, everything must be as clean as on your arrival.

 

Rental deposit =>

- Anna's Mazet: 500 €


- Villa Kéwilo 800 €

The deposit must be paid when the keys are handed over.

The deposit for rentals and cleaning, will be returned on the day of departure for cash payments (if everything is in order).

Check deposits will be returned to you within 72 hours.


​By going through this site, you will receive by mail a rental contract in two copies that you must return with your deposit and the information requested

Access to the swimming pool

 

the swimming pool is open from April to October, until 10 p.m., to ensure the calm of all holidaymakers (non-stop if exclusive of the residence) As the swimming pool is not supervised, children are the sole responsibility of the parents.

 

So that this shared place remains a convivial moment, please respect the well-being of each traveler.
